Spain’s Enagas Renovable, companions develop bio-methane mission at house

Might 13 (Renewables Now) – Spanish fuel grid operator Enagas SA (BME:ENG) introduced on Thursday that the partnership between its renewable gases subsidiary and two different firms developed a bio-methane manufacturing mission in Andalusia, southern Spain.

Enagas Renovable teamed up with power engineering Genia International Power, and waste administration firm Grupo Valora to construct services able to processing 140,000 tonnes per 12 months of waste resembling pig slurry, meals scraps, olive mill wastes, and convert them to round 60 GWh of bio-methane.

The services could be situated within the municipality of Jabalquinto, Jaen province.

The proposal for the Jabalquinto plant comes on high of a plan for 3 different tasks that the trio would develop in Andalusia with a view to supply round 200 GWh of bio-methane per 12 months, Enagas mentioned.
