Poland’s Nomad Electrical enters Portugal with 70-MWp photo voltaic job

Polish O&M companies supplier Nomad Electrical introduced immediately it has opened a brand new workplace in Lisbon and can present IT options for a 70-MWp photo voltaic portfolio in a transfer that marks its entry into the Portuguese photovoltaic (PV) market.

The portfolio contains initiatives positioned within the Portuguese districts of Evora, Santarem, Castelo Branco, Leiria, Coimbra and Aveiro. The belongings are anticipated to be able to producing some 120 GWh of unpolluted electrical energy per 12 months.

Nomad Electrical will present the photo voltaic parks within the portfolio with its supervisory management and information acquisition (SCADA) IT resolution, and guarantee system compatibility with the native energy utility REN and distribution community operator E-REDES.

As soon as the PV parks are up and operating, the Polish agency will present upkeep companies.

Nomad Electrical sees large progress alternatives in Portugal which is seeking to enhance its photo voltaic capability to 9 GWp in 2030 from the present 2 GWp, enterprise improvement director, Pawe Muszynski, commented.

The Portuguese department is Nomad’s second international workplace after the corporate entered the Romanian market in November 2022.
