Brazil’s Energisa concludes acquisition of 110 MWp of photo voltaic tasks

April 12 (Renewables Now) – Brazilian electrical energy distributor Energisa SA (BVMF:ENGI11) stated on Monday it has accomplished the acquisition of a number of photo voltaic tasks with a mixed capability of as much as 110.2 MWp via subsidiary Alsol Energias Renovaveis SA.

Alsol is paying roughly BRL 6.9 million (USD 1.4m/EUR 1.3m) for 3 firms — Renesolar Engenharia Eletrica Ltda, Flowsolar Engenharia Eletrica Ltda and Carbonsolar Engenharia Eletrica Ltda — collectively proudly owning some 33 photo voltaic distributed era (DG) tasks.

This acquisition is a part of a 136-MWp photo voltaic portfolio acquisition introduced in January. On the time Energisa stated it was concentrating on a complete of 41 photo voltaic DG tasks in 11 firms.

The sellers are home firm Imaginative and prescient Sistemas Ltda, and native businessmen Julio De Paula Kierluff, Weberton Luiz Goncalves Eller and Rodrigo Madeira Marque.
