Being lively throughout leisure time could make you extra engaged at work: research

Oulu, Finland — “Even mild bodily exercise could foster work engagement,” researchers in Finland are saying after learning on- and off-the-job information for greater than 6,800 staff.

The researchers analyzed questionnaire-based and scientific information from a 46-year follow-up research to the Northern Finland Beginning Cohort 1966.
